Derek was worried, that was for certain. With everything that has been happening, Derek has just been trying to find a way to possibly get Dolemeck help. In ay way he could in the short time they have been there in Spain. Derek is glad for the Spanish lessons (with the headband adding some much needed assistance as well) to be able to talk with the many doctors and nurses, but even with all the distractions he can't shake off the feeling of off-ness he felt.
Dolemeck murdered two men. Using a law that was almost a millennium out of date. And almost did the same with the woman he was holding on to. It had to be harsh to deal with the situation as fast and as incompletely as Dolemeck did, but there wasn't much more he could do at that moment.
Now he can.
"Dole? How're you doing?"
