"I suppose you are right... and thank you for covering my share." Dolemeck looked embarrassed as Derek paid for his ticket. But that embarrassment soon left as they began to travel about the first floor of the MET. It is said that you cannot see everything in a single day in this museum, so the two had to find the exhibit as quickly as possible.
After passing the Roman Gardens Exhibit, they finally came to the Arms and Armory Exhibit. It was massive! Armor and weapons dating back to almost the start of time. For Dolemeck, his eyes just went wide as he realized this exhibit was probably the size of a football field or more.
"This... shall be challenging." He said, walking towards some German armor from the fourteenth century. As Dolemeck walked down the line of armor, he finally came to a glass display housing a tabard from England. His body started to tremble, eyes widening, and his heart racing as he saw this tabard. Before Derek knew it, Dolemeck had collapsed down to the ground before the tabard, clutching his head with his bandaged hand.
The darkness in his mind was finally receding like the waves of a the ocean at the shore. All of those images that have plagued him since he got his human body were starting to finally make sense. they were finally beginning to connect... and he could not take it.
"This is... no...."
