(Meme 3, 2): Your dad is who again?
Another day, another afternoon after classes of web slinging. He'd been stopping some muggers here and there, and some other minor stuff. No big leagues or really powered individuals quite just yet it seemed, though that was probably a good thing. Still, sometimes he was itching to try a real fight.

Today he swung his way over to the neighbourhood where he'd caught Spectre a few times

"Well if the daily bugle makes that very competitive," Ryan says, "Been looking into some new drugs hitting the streets."

"Was just about to check it out. Not sure about the specifics yeah so I was just going to be ready for anything." It was a simple drug bust from what he could tell but you really never be certain in this business.

"Sure why not," Ryan says, "The guy that I've been tracking should be showing up a couple streets down in a little bit. Wanted to get a little more surveillance before taking him down."

After a little bit a freerunning Ryan was over at the Alley where the dealer was supposed to meet with some people. It would not be long to wait till they got there and they could break this up and find out a little more about what was going on.

Ben easily followed along, and sat on the wall like any good Spider, as he surveyed the place. "Okay, stakeout time a bit huh? I can do that."

Except after about a minute of silence he whispered to Ryan. "So uh...is this a very strict no talking thing?"

"There's a lot of pressure involved with that type of work all together." Part of why his dad stopped with a lot of that type of work.

"That is a really long story," Ryan says watching the alleyway below him getting ready. "Let's just say I'm got some issues with the legacy that most people would have expected me to take." He did really like making his own path and the whole moon knight thing his mom had always told him is part of what made his dad go crazy.

"Maybe some other time I'll tell you," Ryan says.

"Not really. Just not a legacy I would ever want to take for myself," Ryan says, "Though the weapons are kind of cool." He did rather like the crescent darts which he used himself.

Maybe a bad guy legacy? Who knew really, but it sounded like a story worth hearing. "Cool, don't leave me hanging on that. Though I'm good at hanging off things."

He tilts his head and examines the dart, finally getting a good look at it. Okay so it was shaped as a moon, what was that supposed to...ooooh. Well that explained stuff. At least this guy wasn't crazy. "Moon Knight stuff right? Well...at least you're more practical in the colour of your night wear. White is a weird choice man, no offence." That and all he'd really heard about the guy was that he was a bit...crazy in a weird way. Not like Osborn type crazy or anything though.

"The white's a long story to explain. But Dad never hard any problem with stealth while wearing it," Ryan says realizing that he just mentioned him as his dad.

Well this Spector guy still seemed pretty cool, and rather sane so who was he to judge the guy? "Well can't be easy to go off sneaking around in white. That why you don't do the whole costume deal?"

"More his costume is religious in nature and I'm not. So no costume," Ryan explains. As far as he was concerned Khonshu could go to hell or where ever it was Egyptian gods went that wasn't nice.

"Got the stake with the blood on it to prove it," Ryan says it was kind of a cool souvenir. "But I think we need to take care of those guys first before." The dealer and his clients were finally all there.

"Yeah," Ryan says grabbing some crescent darts and looking down.

"Three," He says before jumping down and throwing his darts at some of the guys down below then using some parkour moves to slow his descent.

Ben leaped off the roof, shot a few web shots at the guys then sent a web line out to swing off a lightpost gracefully and flip and land on some guys head. "Geronimo!"

When Ryan got to the ground he kicked a gun before landing on top of him and flipping off the guy.

"Crap heroes," One of the thugs says before pulling out what seems like an inhaler. He takes a breath from his before passing it to one of the others.

With a slightly glazed look in his eyes he charges at Ben and Ryan.

"Umm...do thugs usually get high or something right before they charge at you?" Ben whispered to Ryan. "Talk about weird. I don't think that's an asthma break guys! I mean, if it was that's cool I can give you a moment but seriously doubting it. I'd eat my mask if it was," Ben said as he shot a web line back up to the light post and used it to swing towards the guy, both feet out and ready for a swinging double kick.
