It wasn't exactly a warm day outside, but it was very sunny and that's why Kal was out on a chaise on the roof. Solar energy was a great way to recharge and Kal did enjoy the quiet the roof on a chilly day. The cold didn't bother her, just the opposite. It made her feel better and think more clearly.

Her eyes were closed as she soaked up the rays.
