The new kid (Alpha Flight)
Korra was nervous. She wasn't going to lie about that. She had butterflies in her stomach, and she was pretty sure her heart was beating faster than it should be. Not that she really had a reason to be nervous. Her sister's teammates were wonderful people, even if she'd only met them a handful of times. But still. It was nice of them to let her join, even if she had zero heroing experience. And she had to stop being so nervous. She was going to help people, like she wanted to. She was going to see new places and make new friends. Everything was going to be fine.

The car pulled up to Alpha Flight headquarters, and Korra got out, thanking the driver as he handed her her luggage. She only had a couple of suitcases, but her mother said she'd send her more of her things once she'd settled in some. Taking her luggage, Korra walked up to the door and rang the buzzer.

"Well, in addition to whatever you bring, I've gotten everyone established with a top of the line computer in their rooms, personal remote control sound systems with 56-CD changers, and $100 in gift certificates for music. Everyone can also order any reasonable type of bed they like and we'll throw out the military bunk and have it delivered. Anything else in the way of comfort and decor is up to you." he explains, as he heads for her room.

Mason had been stalking along with his brother, keeping quiet so far. "I think you'll have to amend that to Jeffries and Bochs' excess, Jordie." He smirks. "Jordie forgot food supplies when he laid the place out. I had to come in and stitch that out, along with a few other details. I hope you like Abba, because the karaoke stage is kind of geared up with that in mind in particular."
