Injured and outclassed, Buck gets creative.

With cover from the smoke, and sure he's being looked for, he goes deep into his utility belt, and gets out some paint pellets. Usually used for paintball, they're sometimes useful for marking trails - and he keeps them on hand to let him mark shapeshifters, or guys like... well, this guy.

He rolls them out on the ground around him before the smoke clears, then stands to draw attention away from the ground, wielding Grog's lance and waiting for a pellet to break and bright colored footprints to appear on the ground.
