That ought to slow down the battlesuit. Taking a look at the other two battles, Iason elects to help Steve out, firing a heat beam at the feet of Taurus. It likely won't hurt him, but that's ok, Iason is trying to liquefy the floor under him and trap Taurus in place so Steve can take better advantage of his greater reach.
