At the still point of destruction, at the center of the fury
Charles Xavier, head of the Xavier Institute of Higher Learning and mentor of the X-Men, had been busy in the recent days. Together with an old friend, Erik Lehnsherr, the two of them pushed the anti-human groups into action. Attacks on humans started happening all around New York City.

In Times Square the MLF appeared and started attacking the sea of people in the "Crossroads of the World". They also targeted the nearby Police and fire stations to hinder efforts to control the chaos they were creating.

Down on Wall Street the Brotherhood started attacking the bankers and investment brokers.

Leading the attacks on humans were Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr.

Mutants attacking humans prompted responses from anti-mutant groups such as the Friends of Humanity, the Church of Purity and other pro-human groups.

The streets of New York quickly became a battleground between humans and mutants.

	The sentinel's foot hovering over Shane makes a large shadow right over him. Perfect for Blindside to teleport into the shadow, grab Shane, and teleport them out of harm's way and into the shadow of a lamppost behind it. "Hit him now!" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

It took a moment for Gabriel to recover, but he managed to catch himself before falling to the ground. He was about to say something, because touching his wings was not okay, but there was a Sentinal to deal with.

Still with a katana in hand, Gabriel flew up to the head of the Sentinal and slashed at it with the katana. Unless this thing was made of vibranium or some sort of mystical metal, this was one psychic attack that would cut right through it.

	Shane watch Gabriel charge the Sentinel with his psychic Katana and built up a charge in his hands just in case that attack didn't work for his plan B not that he had space and time. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
