The dread beast turns just in time to catch a fist between the eyes, and his head rocks back.
As soon as he recovers, Fin Fang Foom is awake. And angry. Mostly angry. He shifts his stance, giant feet tearing ruts in the earth as he does so, before releasing an open-palmed strike at Argo. It is accompanied by a mighty 'kiai' shout.
In case anyone ever wondered what could be worse than a giant super-powerful space dragon, the answer would be 'one that also knows martial arts'.
