Morning coffee (open)
Tim had wandered out of his lab early in the morning to head down to the Mess for some coffee. Normally he made it in the lab since a coffeemaker was a vital part of lab equipment, but he was out of beans and hadn't been down ground-side to get some. So the Mess it was. The Mess didn't have the high octane coffee like the lab, but it would help him make it through the day.

He filled his mug and grabbed two donuts and found a seat.

"Especially in the lab." Sammy was still convinced he was dating one of his fellow lab rats. All she had were suspicions and Tim would never own up to it. "But I'm stopping by later and I will have coffee beans with me."

Tim grinned. "Sounds like a plan. I better get back to the lab. They may send out a search party for me." He stood up. "Stop by and I'll show you some new toys in exchange for some coffee."
