If all else was fair, Adrienne would win. Kelly is no slouch - in fact, highly trained in a variety of martial arts, but her training also went into her guns, hand to hand weapons, demolitions and a handful of other things. Adrienne is more focused, and has one of the finest in the world as her trainer.
That's if all else was fair. Which its not.
Kelly not only has the enhanced reflexes, which might normally help even things out - but the whole baiting-to-predictable-anger-responses runs as much in her blood as savate in her opponent's. She knew it was coming. Jump kicks also leave one fairly open - hit lick a truck, if they hit, but leave one open.
As such, she dodges by about a whisker, if that. Under different circumstances, or if she was a different person, she might even learn some respect for an opponent who does exactly what she was expecting, and still almost hits with a jump kick... but its Kelly.
So instead, she tries to take advantage of all that openness to duck, roll, and come up swinging a hand... not to injure, but to give Adrienne the best spank she can.
She figures it'll be unexpected - and how many chances is she really going to get at this.
