From the kitchen to jail? (Buck)
Anya always looked forward to Saturday and her time with Buck. This weekend instead of going out they were going to stay in, eat dinner and watch a movie or two. Buck also mentioned needing to talk about something. That worried her a bit, but she didn't think it was anything bad. The two of them saw each other once a week and Anya thought things were going well.

The Thunderbolts' chef had the day off and Anya had to opt for takeout. She went and picked it up and brought it back to HQ. She went to take a shower and came back to find the food gone. Someone had walked off with it. Dinner was missing and now Anya had to make something. Scrambled eggs it was. They weren't too complicated and she could manage them, right?

Anya laughed along with it. "Hey, maybe my lack of cooking skills will come in handy besides blowing things up."

"Those kids would get very used to delivery."

"Either that unless you cook or we have a personal chef," Anya pointed out. "Though Mom and Dad did make sure that my takeout ordering skills are top notch."

"I /can/ cook, but its mostly bachelor cooking. I think you'd get bored of stuff I make pretty fast. We might need a chef, or at least a kids' nanny who can cook."

"I think we have quite some time to think about those. I have the world to take over...I mean change." She grinned. "A company to run. Another to take over. Kick bad guy ass. Torment my brothers."

"I'm just amazed we're even talking about this so relaxed, but... yeah. You have a lot to do. And I kind of like my day job. Not always the best family environment though."

"It's not a bad thing to talk about a What If. It's fun and it's not like we're going to run off and have a kid now. Besides, don't you ever wonder where you'll be in ten years from now, or even twenty?"

"I suppose so. And I never really gave it a whole thought of thought. I mean, I'm saving up and preparing and all, but I don't tend to do a lot of what-iffing."

"I get my creativity in. A little bit of artwork, lots of what-if scenarios in training... but I've usually kind of preferred being prepared, then letting the future take care of itself. Never gotten much out of overthinking it."

"I don't know about more memorable, but we can probably manage 'better', anyhow. Though, now that I think about it, I might get some handcuffs anyway." he answers with a wink.

"Want to grab a burger or a few on the way back? There's a place down the road that's pretty good. It's not Big Nick's but I still can't convince them to open a place up here."
