Family Reunion
Sam Bowmaster had seen the news reports and read articles on Alpha Flight, particularly his bother Alex. Who would have thought Alex would be a superhero on Canada's top superhero team. Sam had been following since the first article and today he was going to be reunited with his brother.

A cab dropped him off outside of Alpha Flight Headquarters. He took a moment and looked at the building. He smiled and then headed for the door.

	"I can see why," he said. "I was taken to a special hospital and was there for a very long time. They said they couldn't find Alex. I didn't know where he was until Alpha Flight started appearing on television and whatnot." He shoved his hands in his pockets. "If you could tell him I was here I'd appreciate it. 	Alex glided to a soft landing just outside of Alpha Flight headquarters. He had started out with a walk, but the day was too nice to spend it on the ground. He took to the air and flew around as a falcon for awhile. Now he was tired and time to grab a bite to eat before a nap. He shifted to human form and walked into the building. 	Alex was speechless. Could his brother be alive? He didn't think it possible, but there was evidence to the contrary. Unless...maybe it was someone trying to pass off as his brother. Alpha Flight had enemies out there and this was one way to get to them. "Is he here?" Alex asked when his powers of speech came back. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

A few hours later a cab came to pick Sam up and Alex felt like he had taken on every super criminal in the world by himself. It had been an emotionally charged situation to say the least, but it had all come down to one thing. His brother was still alive.

Alex was probably the happiest guy on the planet right now and the most thankful.

After talking to Sam and catching up he had taken to the sky to fly a bit and think about some things after Sam had gone. Now he was back and need to talk to Jordan and Mel.

	He has to consider this carefully. He knows he shouldn't say what he's thinking - security breach and all - but its family, and they're short handed right now as it is. Alex leaving would put them at a serious disadvantage. "We have space here." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"The security protocols are there for a reason. You'll be responsible for him... if there's any trouble, its on you. But there are reasons there's provisions for family, same way as when Mason first showed up. I'll handle the paperwork and make sure his room is wired up... because, honestly... if you're taking care of a younger brother, you need a paycheck, and more importantly, we're already getting the evil eye from the government after the border raid and my disobeying orders in the absorber fiasco... we need to be as close to full strength as we can, or they'll be imposing new restrictions any day now. We need you here."
