No means no
Another morning, another day school day for Scotty.

The battle (and oh, that word was so accurate for it) to get her son out of bed was over. He was dressed, fed, and all she needed to do was drive him to school. He was still tired but usually by the time the drive was over he was alert and excited to be learning.

Today was just like any other day. Or so Cassie thought.

	Vincent moves forward quickly, cobbling together a basic healing spell to at least stop the bleeding until they can get her to more intensive care. "Cassandra... that was magnificent." "I don't know what Kang did to me but I'm sorry if I've done anything." She looked back over everything she'd done lately, and even if everything made sense to her she was realizing that the others, when they'd been shocked at her behavior, maybe they were right. What if she had done something wrong?

...And dear God, if she'd really said Nate's name that one night...

Andrea felt her processor skip a beat. Cassandra, Vincent, and Kristoff were the constants of her life. The thought of losing any of them...

Rather than go inside, she took the direct route, busting into flames and heading toward the roof. Linked to the Baxter Building's systems as she was, the car would already begin warming up by the time she arrived to pilot it down.

"Think nothing of it," he says gently before efficiently but very, very carefully carrying her aboard, nodding looking away only to nod acknowledgingly to Andrea. And he can't help but add softly, "You are incredible, Cassandra" Whatever had been done to her -- and oh, that was going to be dealt with -- she had been better than it.

"And I you," he answers quietly. "Absolutely."

	It was not long at all before Andrea returned, at the helm of the Fantasticar. She had already arranged the pods into their emergency transport configuration. "I have already called ahead to let medical services know we are coming." (Reply to this)(Parent)
