Taking calls was probably the worst thing about this job. If it wasn't for the speech-to-text program they'd put through his computer to make sure he could actually get what they were saying, he'd have to refuse to do it outright. Well, a job was a job.
"Yeah, he's got a spot open later today," he tries not to sound too bored. "I'll pencil you in, just give me a name to put down."
