Unexpected Visitor
Lucius Antonius Aquilla rarely ventured out of the city of Nova Roma deep in the heart of the Amazon Rainforest, but his mission was quite urgent and had brought him New Orleans. His grandson Cornelius lived here with his teammates and Lucius needed their help.

With little difficulty he made his way through the city and eventually came to the headquarters of the Champions. He double checked the address and satisfied that he was at the right place he knocked on the door.

"We thought we'd try a few of the antique stores here," Jenny added. "If you don't have one in your inventory, perhaps you might have contacts and would be willing to broker a purchase for us. For the usual percentage, of course."

The old man frowned a bit. "I am sorry I do not have any Roman daggers. I would give my entire store to have one in my possession. However, I do know someone who specialized in ancient items." He dug around in a small wooden box on the counter. "I have her card here somewhere. Unfortunately she's based in Chicago."

"Travel is not a problem for us," Irina said. "I do love that Tiffany style table lamp you have over there. How much do you want for it?"

Jenny smiled. It was a beautiful lamp. A little shopping for the information was definitely a fair trade.

The old man brightened up when Irina mentioned the lamp. "That is a 1918 Tiffany lamp," he said. "Quite a lovely design on the shade don't you think?" He came out from behind the counter with a business card in hand. He put his bifocals on and looked at the small price tag attached to the lamp. "Three hundred."

Irina smiled and pulled out her wallet. She handed him three hundred cash. He handed her the business card in return. "Thank you," she said with a smile.

"You're welcome. It was my pleasure." He gave them a bright smile. "Please, come back again."

Irina tucked the card into a pocket and then picked up the lamp. "Thank you."

"A quick stop to drop that at home and then on to Chicago?" Jenny asked as they left the shop.

"That sounds like a plan," Irina said. To make it quicker and save some time she opened a portal back to the Champions HQ. She put the lamp in her room and was ready to head the Chicago.

When they were both ready, she opened a portal to the address on the business card.
