Lunch and family
Natasha went with neutral ground for this meeting. Matt in her home was probably not a good idea no matter how she looked at it. Neutral ground meant some place out and some place that would offer some amount of privacy. That left her clearing out Big Nick's for lunch. Thankfully the place was more than willing to cater to Mrs. Stark.

Natasha arrived with Eliza and Misha, sending a text to Tony letting him know where they'll be if he wanted to meet them. They grabbed a table with four extra chairs. One for Tony if he showed and three for Matt, Jack and Elektra. Natasha silently prayed that the Greek Ninja would not be coming. It would just add more tension to a situation that was already guaranteed to be very tense.

She sat quietly at the table and sipped her diet soda. She was steering clear of vodka until after this, but she could really use a few shots before seeing Matt.

Matt is trying to keep most of his attention on Eliza and knowing more about her. There's a teensy bit of a sigh at the awkward joke. "No worries there," he says as pleasantly as possible.

Natasha gave Eliza a small smile. "Now you have an overabundance of siblings. I know Anya is thrilled to have a sister. As if she needed a reason to go shopping."

"I know, Mom and Dad wouldn't know what to do with more than one of..me." She shrugs absently. "I was always under foot as a kid. One week I would want to be just like Mom...The next just like Dad. It's no wonder I joined the business as soon as they were willing to cave a little. They just gave me conditions I followed religiously."

Eliza smirks widely. "Well Tasha it is the best way for sisters to bond. That and gossiping about boys our fathers will cringe over."

From the look on Dad's face, it was probably a good thing that Eliza would be swamped with Romanovs.

"That's right, build a list of guys Jack and I are going to have to beat on. It'll be good practice."

The overabundance of Romanovs may have been part of Matt's awkwardness. "Certainly glad to hear you stuck to the rules."

"Yes, that's always a good thing," Natasha agreed. Unlike her daughter who live by the rule of "never get caught".

"Well the rules were simple to follow...School came first. And listen to Cap." She pauses then rolls her shoulders. "Also I wasn't allowed to date team members but that was ok. We were like family anyways. And who can disobey Cap? He's...too well, you know. It's like kicking a puppy. You can't do it."

"While you're out shopping with Anya, she can give you a run down of the rules. It won't take long."

"The rule is to not make the lady with the sharp weapons mad," Jack said.

Between Eliza's cap commentary and Jack's line, Matt actually manages to be chuckling now. "Disappointing Captain America isn't something most people ever want to do, no. You have another year left of school?"
