Anya entered the luxury suite her family always had reserved at the Four Seasons and went straight for the bar. She grabbed a glass and a bottle of vodka. She poured herself some and downed it one gulp. Her hands were shaking and she poured herself another glass and downed that one as well.

	He grabs one of the little notepads by the phone, and jots down an i.o.u. for one massage, and sets it, a little hidden, among her things. Then he returns to the bed, shuts off the TV, and wraps himself gently around her to sleep. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Anya woke with a start. Her breathing came in rapid short breaths and she was sweating. She blinked a few times and looked around. It took a moment to remember where she was and who was with her. She wrapped her arms around Jimmy and tightly held onto him. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	He's pretty sure the tears were going to come sooner or later, but he's not going to force the issue either, just holding her and being a physical presence for now, until she indicates needing or wanting something else. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Quite a long time later and no tears Anya pulled back a little. She had needed the contact and presence of another person since she didn't have a lab to get lost in. She gave him a kiss and put her forehead against his. "Thank you," she whispered. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"I am too," she said. Anya glanced at the clock. She had managed to sleep three hours. It would be good enough to get her through a day. "I think I'm going to watch a movie if it won't bother you if you want to go back to sleep." She gave him a small rueful smile. "I know everyone can't operate on three or four hours of sleep." 	Anya climbed out of the bed and went into the other room to grab a bottle of water for each of them. She returned to the bedroom and climbed back in the bed.
