Bessie was quite surprised to find someone on her back. She tried desperately to get him off. Bulls had nothing on her when she started to move.
The ones hit by the stakes went down and didn't get back up. Others were trying to get into the ground before the sun rose fully.
The ones Mac was playing bowling with knocked others over, but they climbed to their feet when they finally stopped.
