Outside, now that the scouting is done, and they both know roughly where the cells are, Jordan is ready to go.
"Ok, everyone know the plan? Alex, take me up about a mile high or so and drop me on the place. Everyone count to thirty after impact, give them time to react and head my way. Then Alex and Mel, stick together and try and get people out since you know the layout. The other two, hit the place and try and give the other two an exit. Don't wait for me, I'll be along. Just get Misha and David out. Any questions?"
