Adventures in Babysitting (Misha)
Anya finally had a long weekend where she didn't have to be traveling somewhere in the world for Renaissance Tech and the Boston area had been quiet and didn't need Thunderbolts intervention. It meant that she had some time to head to New York and spend some time with the family. It felt like forever since she had spent some time with her family.

After a few days it was quite clear that Mom and Dad had their hands full with Nick and needed a break. Anya volunteered to babysit. Though she wasn't going to do it alone. Even she knew she would need backup so she called His Highness Prince Dork. Not only would he have her back, but it would give the three of them some quality sibling bonding time.

A day at the Bronx Zoo would provide just that.

	Anya put the bag on her shoulder and walked with Nick to the primate house. She imitated the monkey's noises and in no time Nick was doing the same. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Shortly loaded down with paper containers of food and bottles of water, Misha walked back through the primate area to find Nick imitating the monkeys pretty well. 	"You're welcome, Princess Brat." Misha sat at a nearby bench with the rest of the food and pulled out his own hotdog. Nearby, Nick munched on his fry and stared at the chattering monkeys. Nick's appetite didn't seem out of the ordinary to Misha. Food was food, and guys were guys, and it was never too early to gum your way through a plate of fries or suck the juices from a chunk of roast beef. At least that's how he remembered growing up.

"Still haven't developed that modesty gene, have you?" Misha teased. "Do you think he's learned to use a cell phone yet? I've been getting some weird calls lately and I swear he's on the other end grinning into the receiver."

	"There's still time to save him, I can feel it. I gave him a dozen pairs of Mets pajamas." He offered Nick a bite of his hotdog and had to keep him from pulling the dog out of the bun. "It's your own fault. You spoiled her AND gave her access to the internet." Misha wasn't sympathetic on this issue. Darlene was the most difficult high maintenance female in his life, and he knew some really difficult ones. "I just wanted a car. You wanted me to have a life long practical joke."

"Why should you get to teach him all the bad habits? I have to take what I can find." He stuck his tongue out again and Nick did the same before giggling.
