Kael takes a step forward, and goes to one knee. The man may be Aesir, but he was still the lord of a kingdom regardless.

"Hail Thor Odinson, Lord of Asgard. I am kael, son of Queen Alfyse of Svartalfheim." He takes the wrapped up petition and extends it forward in his open hands. "I humbly bring this petition from Her Majesty to you."
