Dragon Hunting
The sun was bright and the air was crisp with the hint of the cold that was to come with winter. It was the perfect day for hunting and it was exactly what Svalin had planned to do. She walked easily beside the others and was eager to find prey.

She had been awake with the dawn and had been anxious to go. Nine months of sitting around and doing little were past her and it was time to get back out there. The days since Solver's birth had been spent getting back in shape when she wasn't spending time with her family. Hours in the practice yard with anyone who would spar with her and miles of running. She was a bit determined to get back into top shape as quickly as possible.

A bow was in her hand and Vigfrior at her side. She would have loved to bring Tryggvi, but horses and her brother didn't get along well so they walked. Svalin didn't mind. It would only help her get back in top shape.

Halbjorn forges on ahead of the group, to make sure if there's any problems, he gets hit first. His sister is out of practice, and they have a non-combatant along... or at least as non-combatant as Asgardians get. Any number of enemies might still be out here from after the battle, after all.

He's in good cheer, walking with his axe over one shoulder, not bothering to bring a ranged weapon - that's what Aridis is for.

	Aridis was obviously pleased to be out here. She kept smiling briefly and stroking Arngeir. It was obvious that the new Goddess of hunting was pleased to be out here. "Mmm. Him do that? 	Iona trailed after, quiet, not wanting to intrude. She felt unbelievably fortunate that she was to tag along, having never seen a dragon before and didn't wasn't to disturb the heros. The promise of glory.. And a fantastic tale lay ahead. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Halbjorn does not like this place. It sends hostile signals, and its only his loyalty to his sister keeping him diplomatic. There's good reasons he usually doesn't get sent on this type of mission. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Svalin smiled at her wife and eagerly took their son. She dropped a kiss on a chubby cheek. "Well met Vernique and Solver. It ist good to be home." 	Svalin, Aridis, Halbjorn, Iona and Kale entered Valaskjalf and approached Hlidskjalf where Thor sat as Lord of Asgard while the All-Father was in the Odinsleep. 	Aridis really can't think of anything to add. What Svalin had said was sufficient. There were no important details she could think of that were missing. In fact it had been a very straight forward situation. That suited her just find she hated complicated things. Like Celts not knowing when no means no. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
