TDRoK: The Eve of Destruction - The Brides of Set
A bright light appeared over the Defenders compound and two figures emerged in the sky. A multitude of explosives rained down on the buildings below. A moment later numerous explosions broke the quiet of the day. The Earth trembled and fire and smoke filled the air. A crater now took the place of the Defenders Compound and the two figures in the sky disappeared.

Far below the Pacific Ocean the brides were clad in white and lined up in front of the altar. A semi-circle of priests stood behind the brides and were chanting. The magic in the air became more powerful as the priests chanted. A small circle appeared in the air before the brides and started to get bigger.

All around the chamber deviants fought heroes while the portal grew so the god Set could make his entrance into the world. Another portal formed on the far side of the chamber and the two beings that had appeared over the Defenders Compound were now in Lemuria.

Grekk moved through the heroes and other deviants wielding his two large axes. He tried to hit any hero that got too close.

Question: There is a guy with two giant axes and looks like he knows how to use them. How do you fight that?

Answer: By fighting him from a distance.

"Hey, ugly!"

He gets nothing more that that before the blast of superheated plasma is launched his way.

The plasma hit Grekk and he shrugged it off. At the most it singed him a bit. He smiled and breathed out a gas that would cause those hit with it to hallucinate.

Well crap. Michael is going to back up a bit to keep clear of whatever the hell he's breathing out. Michael may not know what it is, but he's not going to give it a chance to get close.

So he tries to transmute the air right around the guys mouth into iron. make the guy a muzzle and put him off balance at the same time.

Grekk paid no mind to the muzzle. It would not stop him from killing this man. Two great axes were swinging toward Michael.

Whoa holy crap big ass axes coming for him. He flies back and away from the gigantic axes, missing the blades by millimeters before he flies up and begins to transmute as much of the air around Axe-Man into Liquid Nitrogen.
