Alex couldn't not get Jordan something for his birthday. Jordan had gone above and beyond the call of duty to make Alex, and everyone else for that matter, feel welcome when he first joined the team.
Alex was the worst when it came to giving gifts and Jordan was kind of hard to buy for. It took quite a bit of time and thought, but Alex eventually came up with something.
Jordan was hard on his equipment, so Alex did some researching and got him the best pair of skiis and the best snowboard on the market. He wrapped them and set them in the temple.
Mel's baking smelled heavenly and he couldn't wait to try some of the cookies.
