tdrok: The Sleepers Have Awaken
It was a normal summer day in New York City. The thermometer was at 80, the sun was out and there was relatively no humidity. It was a perfect summer day.

A bright light appeared in the middle of Central Park and started to grow. It expanded rapidly and grew to the size of a two story house. The tear in space in time was still for a moment and then things began to emerge from it. A giant robot walked through with guns ready. A moment later a second robot emerged, this one looked like a giant flying manta ray. It was followed by another that looked like a giant flying head.

The three robots were followed by a division of soldiers, each armed with automatic rifles and wearing uniforms with swastikas. They marched out of the portal and split in half. One group went east and the rest went west. Following the soldiers came a few other individuals. The Red Skull, Masterman, Warrior Woman, Iron Cross, and U-Man came out of the portal.

"Attack!" the Red Skull shouted. "Destroy the city!"

"Wizard here," Daniel called over his calm. "I'm three blocks away. I can teleport myself there right away. If anyone needs me to go pick them up on my way I can do so."

But he really wants to get there quickly and start getting people out of the way. He knew getting civilian out of the way would be a good idea. Unless they knew enough to get out of the way on their own.

	"Start getting the civilians out of the way, Daniel," Charlie said over the comms. "See what you can do in terms of barriers to ward them away from the attack sight. Ahura, you're a telepath, right? "As you say," Daniel said seriously. The young ,man appeared just outside of the park and held up the rod that he was carrying. "This way."

And seeing some people in immediate danger he clenched a fist as he cast a spell transporting them outside the park to the other side of the street.

Sure it was rude to do that but Daniel would rather ask for forgiveness than permission. The spell caster is just focused on getting people to safety, after that he can put up a field to keep the fight localized as much as he can.

So long as no one stops him. If he gets hit too badly he may loose the spell to the ether.

	And down Mac goes, right into the center of the western half of the soldiers, who suddenly have trouble shooting him without shooting each other, and start going down like dominoes... especially when Mac picks one up to swing at the others. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Ryan had been downtown when the call when out and made his way there as fast as he could. Getting a motorcycle for this had been a great idea. He threw some crescent darts at the soldiers before doubling back behind a tree. "I'm here," Ryan says, "Is this just a random Nazi attack or something?" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Kal flew toward the center of the park and saw the giant robot coming at them. "I'm going to leave you off here and take care of that thing," she said to him and swooped down closer toward the ground. "Good luck," she said and flew back up, this time cosmic energy blasting from her hands. (Reply to this)(Parent)
