Sammy had invited Qamar to the barbecue, though he hadn't arrived yet. She'd also invited Mikel to drop by and meet her friends, but he was busy at S.H.I.E.L.D. with Mom and Dad these days and might not want to take the time to socialize a little.
She had a drink in hand while she mingled with the others. She seemed to be drinking more lately, and couldn't really remember why she'd been so careful about alcohol in the past.
