A Time of Need (Nightstalkers)
(This scene takes place after the vampire attack in Los Angeles)

Eli reaches out with his mind, as even a cell phone is too slow for his needs.

Bram....

Jessica....

Gregory...

Amanda....

I am in need of your aid.

Eli's tone is earnest and solemn, and he does his level best to keep it from being pleading for their assistance.

He waits to to see if they'll answer back, hoping that they are all not otherwise busy.

Amanda tiptoes with perfect ladylikeness around this little altercation and goes to make sure that Primo's thoroughly taken care of. They can finish of the female in a moment.

Jessica's stake strikes home and the third vampire falls to his back, paralyzed, with his arms in the air. He stares at the ceiling.

Primo is trying to get back up as Amanda approaches, but a blast of energy from a corner of the shadowed room lances out and incinerates the vampire in one stroke.

"I did not care for that one at all." a light but weary female voice says from the darkness.

"Are you friend or foe?" she asks cautiously.

"Pixie?" Jessica asked cautiously, stepping forward.

"My name is Jessica Hellstrom, this is Amanda Mirandola. We're friends of Eli. We've come to rescue you."

There is silence and then Pixie speaks.

"I am Pixie. My Eliosha is here? That must be what I..." she stands, stepping out of the shadows. The woman before them is beautiful, but obviously disheveled and dirty, but not by her choice.

"He is in pain. I must go to him. Now." she says, looking between Jessica and Amanda.
