A Time of Need (Nightstalkers)
(This scene takes place after the vampire attack in Los Angeles)

Eli reaches out with his mind, as even a cell phone is too slow for his needs.

Bram....

Jessica....

Gregory...

Amanda....

I am in need of your aid.

Eli's tone is earnest and solemn, and he does his level best to keep it from being pleading for their assistance.

He waits to to see if they'll answer back, hoping that they are all not otherwise busy.

He had kind of meant where in the world would be best since he had several safe houses all over the place. But all things considered the safest and most secure was his family manor outside of London. Vampires couldn't even enter the country without an invite thanks to his grandpa and the manor was as far as he knew the most secured place against supernatural threats with tons of booby traps to boot.

He pictured the study in the manor in his minds eye.OK got it.

Eli gets an image of the place in his mind and informs Amanda, Bram, Greg and Jessica that he'll be there for them shortly.

Minutes later, they are the front door to the Harker Manor, and Eli steps back to allow Bram to open the door for them and do whatever else he feels necessary. He could have teleported them all inside, but he didn't consider Bram the type of man not to have prepared for such an invasion.

"This is a wonderful house." Eli says.

I really probably should spend some more time here,” Bram says as he disengages the security before opening the front door. Now, this necromancer has had 10,000 years to plot his revenge against all of us. He also kidnapped my mother two years ago. Then, he sent a vampire called Colin Vale to bite Luna.

He has called me to his lair in Bulgaria and I know it is a trap. Knowing this, I must ask again if you are all willing to aid me. I will not take it personally if any of you decide against doing so." Eli says.

	"And I thought I've dealt with some crazy shit," Bram says, "Not a smart move to pick up an enemy like him." "Varnae is a really piece of work though. If I never have to see his face again it will be too soon." Bram really didn't think a vampire bite was all that bad given his family history as long as you did proper blood transfusions. "I agree. Thulsa Doom did not count on my telepathy and I was able to glean where both his vampire servant, Colin Vale, and my mother are inside his compound.

My plan is to have Bram and Gregory accompany me to see the necromancer and his henchman. Amanda and Jessica, I would ask that you both free my mother from her captivity and get her out of the place.

I will handle Thulsa Doom while Bram and Gregory engage Colin Vale." Eli says.
