Danielle was resting after another blood test. Vicki wasn't far from her if she needed anything.
There'd been a great deal going on, and Moira had several things on her mind, only some of which she wanted there.
So that afternoon she called up an old pal.

Vincent smirked as he refilled her own glass. "Yes.. that's correct."

"It's haunting though... to not just see but visit a future that crippled and smeared. I.." He winced. "I can't lie to you Moira. I don't want to make the sacrifice my other self did. I'm not the heroic or noble sort, you probably saw that even when we were children. I'm trying to cheat my way around it through a mixture of science and magic."
