Namor's legendary stoicism seems to be cracking.
"We were in battle. I attacked, intending to show her that an enemy would not give her mercy. She impacted the wall there, and then she fell...and would not rise." he says, struggling to keep himself in control.
"Kassia, you need to wake up." he says again, as if perhaps she just didn't hear him before.
You must rise. he thinks.
