X-Force, plus Foxx, sped toward the Land of the Rising Sun with all due haste to rescue Rose. Joey is quite during the flight, ready to do whatever is necessary to save his woman the moment they touch down. Honestly, he doesn't have a plan besides "find Rose, kill whoever took her, bring Rose home."

That doesn't bother him much, because X-Force has operated on less of a plan than this before and come out all right.

"Are we there yet, Ana-Pants?" Joey asks, utterly serious for once. He was ready to throw down.

And the plan is starting to go to hell, so Foxx does the only thing she can do at the moment.

She side-kicks Joey in the chest, smashing him through the door and into the living room.

Except somehow she slipped her leash and got word out to her buddies to come and save her. So, I had to improvise just a little bit. Now you and me are gonna leave this place and your girl-power friends are going to end up in some guy's harem. Or dead. I'm not particular.

I hope you get that I'm trying to save you from what these bitches are turning you into, which is one of them." Foxx says, shifting into Rose.

"I apologize for lyin', Bub, but you'll get over her eventually."

Joey is taken off-guard by the kick and crashes through the door to fall to the living room floor, where several ninja are already waiting.

"I knew it. Frost was right about you, Foxx. How could you do this to me? ME?! Of all the people you could've double-crossed, you picked /me/!" Joey says in disbelief.

The air the room quickly grows hot, until someone dumps a bucket of water over Joey's head, dousing his flame. After a bit of sputtering, Joey looks at Foxx in disbelief.

"I hope you don't think I'm just gonna forget Rose and turn to you, bitch. I'm gonna marry her. I don't want you, Foxx. I never have. We had a few good rolls in the hay once, but you're in love with two things: yourself and the game.

Doesn't leave a lot of room for me. Not that I need it or nothin'. Rose is /it/ for me. She's the one. I've got Respectable and there's no more room in my life for you.

So tell me where Rose is and I won't burn this shithole to the ground lookin' for her." he says.

	Ice-cold water is dumped on Joey as the men grab him and he snarls in anger as they do so. His powers have just been hosed. "Listen here, man. I don't know who you are and I don't care.
