Let's do this

X-Force, plus Foxx, sped toward the Land of the Rising Sun with all due haste to rescue Rose. Joey is quite during the flight, ready to do whatever is necessary to save his woman the moment they touch down. Honestly, he doesn't have a plan besides "find Rose, kill whoever took her, bring Rose home."

That doesn't bother him much, because X-Force has operated on less of a plan than this before and come out all right.

"Are we there yet, Ana-Pants?" Joey asks, utterly serious for once. He was ready to throw down.

Joey doesn't want to hear this right now, but he knows in his head that Foxx has a point. Going in without a real plan will probably get everyone killed or captured and then they really /will/ need the X-Men to come and rescue them.

Or worse, it would get everyone killed and Rose would still be in trouble. Or she'd get hurt or killed. Joey couldn't live with it if she did.

"Frost, you managed to pinpoint that signal, right? What are we looking at in terms of where we're going? We need a plan." Joey says.

Look, if you want to trust your friend over the rest of us, fine. But she's not on the team and she doesn't call the shots. We've always worked a certain way. Plans /fail/. Thinking in the moment brings us home every time. Roughly we'll divide and conquer. It's pretty standard and likely the only way we'll locate Rose. We're going into a facility of /ninjas/. They aren't maniac doctors or wanna be mutants. They mean business."

"Frost, with all due respect, I think Foxx and I have been in a few more scrapes than /you/. For sheer experience on the team, I know Rose and Ana have been X-Men a lot longer, but Foxx and I aren't on our first rodeo here.

She didn't have to volunteer to help out, but she did, and I'd appreciate it if you stopped treatin' her like she was somethin' you scraped of your shoe, after all the stink you made about how I treated Cassidy, who nearly /did/ blow us the hell up." Joey says.

Chris has been staying quiet, observing Foxx. Normally she'd be partially transformed already, but she doesn't want to show her power to the newcomer if she doesn't already know it. As it is, she manages the occasional partial shift enough to mentally file her scent away.

Or rather... the scent around her. Foxx.. is more an absence of a scent. Not like she'd been scrubbed clean with unscented soap even, but just blank. Her perfume is distinctive enough for now. She's not going to announce the revelation.

"If all goes south, just get close to me, and I do what I do best."
