Tina's mental assault is the perfect distraction. The ninja might have been nimble enough to duck out of the way of a flying Anastasia without Tina's interference.
Her mental attack makes sure that they don't even get the chance. Ten more hit the ground as Ana knocks them down, with no damage to herself.
