Let's do this

X-Force, plus Foxx, sped toward the Land of the Rising Sun with all due haste to rescue Rose. Joey is quite during the flight, ready to do whatever is necessary to save his woman the moment they touch down. Honestly, he doesn't have a plan besides "find Rose, kill whoever took her, bring Rose home."

That doesn't bother him much, because X-Force has operated on less of a plan than this before and come out all right.

"Are we there yet, Ana-Pants?" Joey asks, utterly serious for once. He was ready to throw down.

Foxx raises a hand, as there's a glaring issue here, at least to her reckoning.

"Do you guys normally not discuss a plan before you go in or did I miss that part of the meeting?" she asks.

"I know I'm new here, so forgive me if I'm talkin' out of turn...but how are we going to find Rose?" she asks.

"We don't need plans and even if we had them, you'd be getting the abridged version," Tina tells Foxx in a cold voice. She's also in her zone, focused on the task ahead.

Foxx raises her eyebrows in an expression of "Well, excuse me". She turns to Joey, internally debating whether or not she will ruin the windshield with Tina's brain-matter, what of it there is.

"Johnny, listen to me, okay? I know you wanna save Rose, but we can't just go chargin' in there. If these people snatched Rose, they can't be pushovers. I saw her fight once and...she doesn't look like the type that goes down easy." Foxx says.

"So, it stands to reason that whoever did this had some big help, especially if she hasn't gotten away. You remember what happened the last time we ran with a group of people who thought plans were for losers?" she says.

Foxx sees Harada's home just a block or so away and tries to keep a lid on her anger. If they all went storming through the door, this plan was going to fall to pieces in seconds. She didn't know if Harada's people could take all of these guys at once.

She had to think of something...and hit on a stray thought. It might work, if she could get Johnny with her.

"Hey, Johnny, these houses...don't these look like the ones we saw during that caper in Kyoto? The ones with the servants' doors in one part of the house?" she asks.

Joey looks around at the houses in question and remembers how /that/ little caper went down; it still left a bad taste in his mouth when he thought of it.

"Yeah, it does. What's your...wait a second." Joey says, thinking it over.

"Guys, I got an idea." Joey says.

Those who went through the Servant's Entrance found a small door in clean but dim alley about half a block from the house itself, but still within the bounds of the Harada Estate.

Chris advanced cautiously, sniffing the air to be alert for anyone approaching. The Hand tended to keep their robes pretty tidy, but they always had this incense smell.

Tina walked along her mind sort of scanning for anything stray she could pick up on--location, distracted thoughts, where the hell they were holding Rose. She didn't like this. Something about Foxx felt wrong. Something about all of this just felt wrong.

Joey is dragged into the living area and pressed to his knees with two swords to his throat. The bucket of ice-water has nerfed his powers for the moment, but as soon as he can call a flame, he's going to.

When the girls arrive, they find Joey in his current predicament.

"Can we /please/ skip the part with the 'I Told You So's' in it? Right now is a really bad time." Joey grouses.

Foxx was so angry she could barely see straight. Harada was going to double-cross her, was he? Okay, she could handle that. After they took Joey away, Foxx figured they'd throw her out of the house, and they'd tried.

The two dead men bled out from the knives Foxx left in their necks. She searched them for the keys to Rose's cell and found them quickly. She checked her guns, then shifted into Rose and headed down the hall to the kitchen's side access door. She put her gun in the face of the old lady that the girls walked by earlier and cocked the hammer.

"Where's the woman who looks like me? Tell me, and you live." she says. The woman led her down to the cellar, and it was then that Rose would see the old Chinese lady with tears in her eyes being ushered into the room by...herself.

Foxx shot the old woman in the back of the head and let her body slump to the floor. Harada could consider /that/ part of her payback.

"Hey, Claws. Look at you. Livin' right down to expectations in that cage of yours." Foxx grins. "Harada's upstairs right now, ready to gut Johnny in front of those three Melrose Place bitches you call friends.

I could care less what happens to them, but Johnny is mine now. I'll let you out of the cell if you promise to tell him you're through for good this time. Then, you can your Sisterhood of the Traveling Skanks can go back to America, and I'll help Johnny over his furry obsession." Foxx grins.

"Or, I can give you the keys and we can just kill each other." Foxx says.

"What's it going to be?" she says, tossing the keys through the bars to land at Rose's feet.

Rose looks up at Foxx with eyes clouded by pure rage. The pain from the various different things they'd drugged her up with seemed to fade into the background in light of white hot rage.

She picks up the keys and grins a very feral grin. There is next to nothing human in her expression.

"I'm goin' ta be wearin' yer guts fer garters," she growls

She forces herself to move, to unlock the door.

"And I'm gonna enjoy it."

But you knew that already, didn't you, Claws?" Foxx asks, cocking her gun and aiming. She fires before Rose can even push the door open.

Luckily, this cell is sound-proofed, as she suggested the idea to Harada when he built it.

Rose barely dodges in time, the bullet grazing her shoulder instead of going straight through.

With an animal growl, she pushes the door open and pounces at Foxx.
