Jan. 9: Family Holiday
It was Paris Theodore Day, a family tradition for Beatrice Dayspring and her mother, and Bea's place had been chosen for the rendezvous point, because one can't go the restaurant and open Paris Theodore Day gifts there. People, surprisingly, frowned on that sort of thing.
Mom wasn't there yet, and neither was Kelly. She hoped this would go well. She'd tried to warn Mom.

She had both of their little presents packaged and on the coffee table. She'd told Kelly not to bother, because she'd included a traditional Paris Theodore Day gift in her Christmas present.

First time meeting family? Kelly knew her sister told her not to worry and all, but she had to bring /something/.

The question, in the end, is if she was going for trying to be friendly and bring some small token of appreciation, or if she just wanted to see her sister unwrap a sex toy in front of their mom and vice versa. Either way, she sets her presents down - currently neatly boxed and wrapped, but Bea's intuition might be precise enough to tell her, say, that her sister got them both, well... vibrators shaped like guns. Kelly hops up on a chair, perching there like a gargoyle and holding out four fingers. "My name is Kelly, and I'm fo' yeaws old." she comments in little-girl voice.

"Educationally speaking, I'm about equivalent to a grad student in a few disciplines - psychology, chemistry, bio-chem, sociology, world politics and geography... kind of weird bits and pieces. So... you know, kind of a mixed bag."

There will be blinkage at Kelly's gift. "Very...handy, thank you." Domino takes a breath, and then, after a moment, smiles. "Which indirectly reminds me, Beatrice: I'm sorry I still haven't gotten you an Illya Kuryakin LMD, but Fury watches those things like a hawk."

And then Beatrice's gifts, which are in turn identical. "Oh, how cute! An old-fashioned in-the-pants concealer holster. With the original instructions. 'Meant to be worn within the clothing just behind and below the hip.'"

	Its a holiday. Part of her gift to her sister is not making the incestuous joke about just whose hand is on her butt after the catch. At least in front of their mother. At least this time. "Totally, got to be able to access the guns." Did she just feel up her sister while getting disentangled? Ok, maybe accidentally, but it fit the commentary. And was very subtle.
