"Yes, my people are very insular as well. My mother has often told me that immortality does not always confer wisdom; wisdom must be sought and cultivated." Eli says.
"My mother enjoys humanity, as does my cousin Sersi. My father, sadly, believes that humanity is only meant to serve our people. I have never subscribed to that belief, nor will I.
Not when I have seen the best of humanity embodied in my friends and their deeds. I have also seen a possible future that gives me hope for change, and so I will do what I need to to make it possible." Eli says.
