Homecoming (open to Avengers)
Charlie was glad to be home. In the end of it, he enjoyed his time hoping around through the timestream, and had gotten to become really good friends with his teammates.

But goddamn, it felt good to be back.

After stopping off at his parent's apartment for a quick change of clothes and a shower (his Mom wasn't home yet, but his Dad said that he'd tell her that they had come back later), Charlie made his way over to Avengers Mansion.

"Anybody home?"

Iason is somewhat quieter. He's more of a background presence, even when home, and his parents are elsewhere - and have a little different perspective on the meaning of 8 months.

When he comes through, he just hovers out of the way to let others talk.

James had been in the rec room playing his newest game and heard the familiar voice. He dropped the controllers and ran toward the source.

"Charlie!" James said and threw his arms around his brother for a tight hug. "You guys are back!"

"Of course not," James said with a goofy grin and released his brother. "But it is good to see you guys." James paused. "But I think I lost the betting pool. I think Steve may have won."

"What's all the commotion out here?" Kal asked as she came in from toward the kitchen. She had been enjoying a Jarvis triple chocolate hot fudge sundae when she heard the commotion.

"Cousin!" She hugged Iason. "It is good to have you all home."

Well, she was still in one piece. The powergloves, for lack of a better word, Uncle Tony had built for her were managing her excess energy for now. No dissolving into energy for her just yet.

But it remained a possibility.

Toni was headed through the mansion, when she saw... "CHARLIE!"

Though a part of him felt a little guilty.

Sharon was in the middle of a phone call when she heard her son's voice. "Charlie!" The cell phone fell to the floor and she rushed over to him to give him a tight hug.
