Harada's men will guide Rose back to her cell, and then inject her with a double dose of the carbonadium-opium serum that they've been using to keep her sedated thus far.
Meanwhile, Jushiro Harada will find the phone that Rose used and smash it, keeping anyone else who's trying to trace the number from finding it, as he doesn't know how long she was on the phone.
Yes, it was time to move things up.
