"Okay, these guys won't be subtle and I'm guessing that only one or two of them really know what they're trying to do, so most of the other people they pick up are lone practitioners or, worse, people who think magic is an easy way to power." Matt surmises.
"They're going to practice some things and do something dumb, possible hurt themselves. Keep an eye out at the hospital for patients that come in with stab wounds, lacerations or the like, or that have OD'd on drugs. Some of them might try to obtain 'enlightenment' through an altered state." Matt says.
"If you come across anyone like that, please call me. The sooner we nail down who's behind this and shut them down, the better.
