Shelly didn't have a patient today until nine so she had intended to use the hour before that appointment going over some files and research. A patient with a recurring bacterial infection was seeing her later and Shelly hoped to have answers. She'd gone to pull a file and wasn't expecting a visitor on her return.
"Excuse me, can I help you?"
