He manages to leave off the 'Awesome.' For now. If he recognized her, he did, otherwise, no need to emphasize the superhuman ties, even if they weren't technically revealing their heritage. The 'girlfriend' is a pretty darn savorable word, though, still very new.
"And yes, Kassi, they've got Coke, no problem."
