Revelations (after the drone attack)
Cassidy got the call to come to Mr. Summers' office and wondered what it could be about. Yes, he'd gotten a little banged up during the attack on the school, but he was all right. He didn't think he'd done anything to warrant being called in, but he'd try to keep an open mind before he freaked out.

He knocked on the door to the office and waited to be admitted.

	Izzy shut the door behind her, sitting down next to him on the floor. "Oh, Cassidy..." Izzy couldn't think of anything else to say. She wrapped her arms around him. He lets her hug him, though he doesn't hug her back right away, because he knows he'll start crying if he does, and he's /not/ going to cry in front of Izzy.

"Yeah. Uncle Scott says he doesn't get along with his brother very well, so my chances of meeting him are pretty much slim and nil. And really, what can I say? 'Hi, sir, I'm supposed to be your son, but you've already got one that you had with your wife. You and my mother probably never even dated or met, and I was made in a lab by a crazy person." Cassidy says.

Suddenly, he chuckles a bit.

"Wow, that even sounds crazy when /I/ say it."

"Actually, that's sort of what Uncle Scott said. He said that I'm practically normal compared to other stuff. Izzy, I was just so /happy/ when I found I was true-blue Summers. I mean, Anastasia and Rachel are my cousins. I have a brother and other cousins I've never met before.

I have a mom and dad now, even though neither of them will want anything to do with me when they hear where I came from." Cassidy says sadly.

"I think that's the part that hurts the most. I thought, maybe for a minute, that they didn't know about me and that maybe they'd want me if they did. Now, I'm not so sure." he says.

	"Ya never know, Cassidy," Izzy said. "Why don't you try contactin' your mama, at least? Maybe try and get to know her, at least a little? Ah could even go with you, if you want. Your dad might be a little bit harder, but maybe we could start talk to Mr. Summers about maybe buryin' the hachet with your dad long enough for to at least introduce yourself?" 	"Well, I don't really have any information on my mother except her name. I wouldn't even know where to start." Cassidy says. "Uncle Scott said she used to hang around here a long time ago. Cassidy smiles again. "Have I ever told you that I like the way you speak? You make everything sound more interesting every time you talk." Cassidy tells her.

Of course, he could have also added that she was beautiful and he wanted to take her to Fall Formal, but...maybe he'd have the guts to do it after they went to the file room.

"What time can you be ready?" he asks.
