He lets her hug him, though he doesn't hug her back right away, because he knows he'll start crying if he does, and he's /not/ going to cry in front of Izzy.
"Yeah. Uncle Scott says he doesn't get along with his brother very well, so my chances of meeting him are pretty much slim and nil. And really, what can I say? 'Hi, sir, I'm supposed to be your son, but you've already got one that you had with your wife. You and my mother probably never even dated or met, and I was made in a lab by a crazy person." Cassidy says.
Suddenly, he chuckles a bit.
"Wow, that even sounds crazy when /I/ say it."
