That made him twice as deadly. So far, there hadn't been any spiritual upheaval, but that could change on a dime depending on Doom's desire to see his plans through.
He scratches Whisper's ears as he considers what it would take for him to deal with Doom in a protracted battle.
"Yeah, buddy. I don't like my chances, either. It might take my DC to end him, if I had to." Matt says.
Whisper whines in protest.
"Don't worry. I'm not goin' anywhere yet." he tells his dog.
