Toni struggled futilely against Frenzy's grip. The shark-man was simply far stronger than she, and she lacked the kind of leverage to employ the fighting techniques her father had taught her.
And with the inhibitor collar around her next, she couldn't even access her mutant abilities.
"You're... you're insane!" she shouted.
