Aleks takes the shots, wading into the agents. Sure, he has a gun, but usually when he draws it in these situations it just gets blown up, and he doesn't need that taken out of his paycheck. Instead, he just picks up the first heavy looking piece of furniture he gets to and tosses it at the biggest knot of agents.
