Okay, that was a bit stronger than he was expecting to hear out loud, and it shows on his face. He's got that sandbagged feeling again.

"Andrea..." He stutters a bit, trying to compose himself, and now feeling twice awkward. "I... I had it pointed out to me recently, by someone occasionally wiser than myself, that... I have feelings for you as well." He smiles awkwardly.
