Figuring out this Earth thing
He's been shopping, so he actually has clothes to put in his closet at home. He now has a closet too, albeit temporarily, though he's hoping he'll be able to get a room at Avengers mansion before Aunt Sersi shows up again. He has a hunch that might be awkward, though he's sure he's going to meet her again sooner or later. While he's not a member yet, and doesn't have a room, they have told him people will be about eventually, and told him to make himself comfortable - within reason.

He's stolen a few more of those cookies - this Earth food thing is good, when its not Anya cooking. He had even tried the creme brulee. He's pretty sure he shouldn't have to apply greater-than-human strength in order to bite into something intended as food. He was also pretty sure that sharing some of his father's enhanced senses was temporarily a very, very bad thing.

Other than that though, its been pretty comfortable. He's found the lounge and found the TV remote, and managed to ditch the shirt somewhere along the way - on that, he had to agree with his cousin and Aunt Sersi, humans were weird. Right now, he's just looking through the options humans have for mass entertainment. Seems as good a way as any to learn the culture.

"Definitely not. Dimensional physics is an inexact science, so you might want to be ready to settle in for a while, but I'm sure they'll find you. And so far, this seems like a nice place to kill some time."

"Sorry if I came off all...grr," she waves her hands about. "But I am looking forward to this team. There's good people here. And a few kind of familiar faces from pictures I saw around the house of...the new team in uniform."

Just no Spider-Girl or Bucky.

Mainly because he doesn't know James, though he knows there's lots of people he hasn't met yet. "Oh... let's see... I'm guessing that would be on her mother's side? I can see the resemblance."

She blinks then giggles with a grin that starts to spit her face in two. "Is this the part where I threaten to beat you up if you hurt my little sister?"

Because seriously if Anya was interested in Iason Eliza had no problem with it. She'd just tease them since this was her first time getting to play big sister.

He taps the side of his nose. "No, its that you smell very similar. Not enough to be direct siblings, but similar. I just try and not mention that bit too often. Some people just get sensitive when you tell them you can smell them. Why would I hurt your sister?"

"Just like Uncle Logan," she says with a firm nod. It wasn't creepy at all. "I don't think you would. But it's an Earth thing Iason. Older siblings are expected to look after younger siblings if they date in case of heart break. So I had to tease you a little since I'm technically her older sister. I think she's very capable of letting you know if you do anything...which I highly doubt you would."

He blinks. "We're dating?" blink.
"I asked her to dinner to help me learn formal customs and all, but I didn't mean... is this an Earth thing?" ok, now he's stumbling a bit. "I know she's interested in me... pheromones, but I'm not really... ready to date seriously. There's kind of a thing I need to work out with anyone I might date first anyway. And I sound like an idiot, right?"

"I was teasing. I don't think you are and...I don't blame you?" She smiles sheepishly. "The first thing that popped in my head was hello salty goodness."

She frowns at him. "No you don't. I made you nervous by teasing you with Earth culture stuff you have no frame of reference on. Don't worry about it because I was merely joking around with you. And I'm sure any sister of mine is going to be very reasonable so just have fun with her."

He nods, relaxing a bit, that 'would blush if he could' expression in place again. "I seem to be having that effect. Not that I mind... dating would be... good. I'm sure my aunt would think it was great. But I don't know Earth customs very well, and I'd rather not get too serious with anyone. But, you know, as a casual thing maybe, going out and having some fun could be good."
He considers that a moment longer, done stumbling over his words, a brow raising. "Salty goodness?"
