The pair arrives at the hospital and Jason lures Sammy to the cafeteria to get her coffee first, before they go to Gran's room.
Inside, Evelyn is talking animatedly with another elderly women about cake recipes, but smiles when Jason and Sam enter.
"Oh, Edna Wilburn, you remember my grandson, Jason. This is his friend, Agent Sam Fury." Evelyn smiles.
"Hello, Mrs. Wilburn." Jason says. "Gran, are you ready to head home yet?" he asks.
